Operate Spot Welder (single/multi-head)

operate Pemming Machine

ensure Equipment is Set Up Properly According to Specifications

check and Test Welds

clean Tips When Necessary

complete all Paperwork and Data Entry as Required

perform other Duties as Assigned By Lead Hand or Supervisor

produce Quality Welds as per Drawings/work Instructions and Customer Requirements

follow Work Instructions, Read Drawings and Maintain Standard Times

check and Test Welds as per Department Procedures and Quality Standards

general Housekeeping and Day to Day Tool Maintenance to Ensure Equipment is Working Properly

complete all Paperwork and Data Entry as Required

follow all Iso Procedures and Maintain Quality Standards

follow all Safety Procedures and Policies

perform other Duties as Assigned By Supervisor And/or Lead Hand

team Player Willing to Help Out in other Departments as Required
