We are into sports, wellness, and life coaching. CoachDirect's vision is a blissful harmony of mind, body, and soul in this modern-day society. Our mission is to promote a healthy lifestyle to one and all. We work with schools, apartments, companies offering sports and wellness coaching.

This is a sports operations and marketing full time intern role. Selected candidate's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Promote or coordinate sports coaching activities at schools/apartments in the city

2. Data entry and customer relationship management activities from our office in Hi-tech city, Hyderabad

3. Help conduct sports or wellness events in the city

Any graduation with decent communication skills is compulsory. Particularly might suit BBA or BA candidates. Freshers are welcome to apply. Those who are yet to complete graduation can also apply. Basic computer and smartphone operating skill are essential.

Note: We will train suitable candidates. Travel is expected withing the city. Travel allowance for travel within the city will be provided

We prefer:

1. Those who are from or open to relocate to Hyderabad and neighboring cities

2. Prefer local candidates with 2-wheeler

3. Prefer candidates with some sports background

There is a possibly of hiring full time for the successful candidate

Probation (Internship):

Duration: 3 months

Salary during probation: 10K - 15K /month based on relevant skills

After probation (on successful internship):

Annual CTC: Starting from 2 lakhs per annum with opportunity to earn handsome incentives as well

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 15%

3. Other incentives: 10%
