As a Speech Therapist at our center, you will play a crucial role in accurately assessing speech difficulties in both children and adults, and providing comprehensive therapy to address these challenges.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose speech and language disorders in children and adults.

- Develop personalized therapy plans tailored to each client's specific needs and goals.

- Provide individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based techniques and strategies.

- Monitor progress and adjust therapy plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.

- Collaborate effectively with other therapists, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic support to clients.

- Educate and train parents and caregivers on techniques to support speech and language development at home.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of assessments, therapy sessions, and progress reports.

Requirements:

- BASLP/ Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.

- Valid state licensure and certification in Speech-Language Pathology.

- Previous experience working with children and adults with speech and language disorders preferred.

- Excellent assessment skills with the ability to accurately diagnose speech difficulties.

- Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapy techniques and interventions.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

- Passion for helping individuals overcome speech and language challenges.

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
