Job description
Inventory Management: Maintain an organized inventory of spare parts, tracking stock levels, reorder points, and usage patterns
Procurement: Source spare parts from suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage relationships with vendors to ensure a steady supply of quality spare parts
Quality Control: Ensure that spare parts meet the required quality standards and specifications, conducting inspections and quality checks
Stock Optimization: Optimize the stock of spare parts by identifying slow-moving items and adjusting order quantities accordingly
Forecasting: Use historical data and equipment maintenance schedules to predict the demand for spare parts and plan inventory levels accordingly
Cost Management: Work to reduce inventory carrying costs while ensuring that essential spare parts are readily available
Safety and Compliance: Ensure that hazardous or safety-critical spare parts are properly stored and handled in compliance with safety regulations
Qualification & Skills Required
//Diploma in Mechanical or Automobile.
Proven working experience in spare parts inventory management. Experience in automobile industry is must.
Must be committed to providing outstanding customer service.
May be required to travel to client locations.
