We have an exciting opportunity for a Fresher SPA Therapist to join our team at SunWay Wellness SPA for training in Nagpur. As a Fresher SPA Therapist, you will receive comprehensive training and mentorship to develop your skills and provide exceptional SPA services to our valued clients in all over 4 Star And 5 Star Hotels in Pan India. Food and accommodation is also included.

Responsibilities:

Participate in training sessions to learn various SPA treatments, including massages, facials, body scrubs, and wraps.

Assist experienced SPA staff in creating a warm and welcoming environment for clients.

Learn and implement client consultation techniques to understand their specific needs and preferences.

Support in customizing treatments based on individual client requirements and preferences.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the SPA area under the guidance of senior staff.

Adhere to the SPA's protocols and procedures to ensure smooth operations.

Assist in promoting SPA products and services to clients with the guidance of senior staff.

Stay updated with the latest SPA trends and techniques to enhance service offerings.

Handle customer inquiries and assist in addressing any concerns or complaints professionally.

Collaborate with other SPA staff to ensure an enjoyable SPA experience for clients.

Requirements:

No prior experience required; freshers are encouraged to apply.

Passion for the SPA industry and a desire to provide exceptional customer service.

Willingness to learn and follow instructions from senior staff.

Good communication skills.

Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
