• Greeting welcome guests, answering calls, assisting guests on spa services, booking appointments, and charging appropriately for the services availed.
• Supervising all store operations like scheduling, training, ordering supplies, opening and closing store, and keeping a record of the cash register and cash deposits.
• You will be completely responsible for all cash at the store.
• Solid understanding of hospitality management and methods to ensure customer satisfaction.
• You will recruit, supervise the team at your spa also conduct proper training in case of poor performance or failure to follow spa guidelines by your subordinates.
• Maintain standards of excellence, interacting with guests and staff.
• Upheld the ambience and appearance of spa and treatment rooms.
