Skills required
- 5+ years’ culinary experience in a high-volume, full- service restaurant
- Four-year degree or culinary school completion
- Experience preparing French cuisine
- Knowledge of best practices for training kitchen staff and implementing kitchen procedures
- High level of creativity and reliability
- Flexible schedule required
- Familiarity with menu costing procedures
Job Location - 5 Star category hotels / resort in Wroclaw / Poznan
Experience Level - Min 8 years (Out of 5 years in a high-volume restaurant / QSR)
Visa type - Polish national visa (Type D) – accessible to all the Schengen countries
Work Permit - 1 Year extendable (extendable basis TRC)
Working hours - 11 hours
Working days - 6 days a week
Pay rate - 5450 PLN per month*
Accommodation - Fully furnished shared accommodation provided at walk-in distance away from the job site – included with all the amenities (Hot & cold water, electricity, WiFi, Washing Machine, Oven, Microwave, Gas / Induction, Refrigerator, Bed, Lines, Pillows
Accommodation - House with 4-5 rooms / 2-3 partners in each room / 1 common kitchen with 2 bathroom in each house
