Coordinate with the clients for all requirements and gather all the information needed to source trainers and arrange the technical evaluation call with the client and trainers.
• Ability to understand the training requirement (basic knowledge of leading technologies and their deployment)
• Ability and exposure to source trainer profiles by using both internal and external sources of data.
• Sourcing suitable profiles for technical and non-technical training requirements from the clients.
• Working experience on enterprise training requirements will be an added advantage.
• Ability and exposure to communicating with client and trainer professionally.
• Commercial/Payment discussion with Trainers/Clients.
• Negotiating with the Trainer & Raising/Releasing the Purchase Order.
• Handling the client / Internal escalations.
• Interaction and coordination with internal respective stakeholders on deliverables.
• Maintaining the Trainers Database.
• Able to think of multiple solutions for a given requirement.
