The Sourcing Manager/ Senior Associate will be responsible for managing the procurement of finished pharmaceutical products. This role involves developing and implementing sourcing strategies, negotiating with suppliers, ensuring the highest quality standards, and maintaining cost efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmaceutical sourcing, excellent negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of the industry regulations and market dynamics.

Key Responsibilities:-

Develop and execute sourcing strategies for finished pharmaceutical products to meet company goals

.- Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery performance.

- Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with suppliers to ensure the best possible terms for the company.

- Monitor supplier performance and manage relationships to ensure continuous improvement in service and quality

.- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in all sourcing activities

.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, and Supply Chain to ensure seamless operations.

- Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends, pricing, and availability of products

.- Manage the sourcing budget and provide regular reports on performance metrics and cost savings.

- Develop risk management strategies to mitigate potential supply chain disruptions.- Lead and mentor a team of sourcing professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:-

Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred
