The Responsibilities/ Job Profile:

Lead and provide overall direction for quantity arrangements, quality arrangements,

Supply Chain & local logistics management for sourcing, local logistics & supply chain

in all types of liquid biofuels and all wastes other than biomass and solid biofuels., etc

Develop options and design the Vendor developments, local logistics support model

covering considerations like:

 Liquid biofuels and wastes Mapping across States, District & Taluka wise

 Survey of wastes and liquid biofuels and wastes availability across Karnataka,

Tamil Nadu and Kerala

 Willingness of waste generators to supply wastes and of biofuel manufacturers

to sell biofuels

 Understand the sourcing side of wastes and liquid biofuels deeply and

constantly give inputs to Buyofuel

 Optimize Procurement cost

 Transportation mode and cost

 Availability of wastes and biofuels

 Time window for procurement

 Local support, safety and security etc

 To match the inventory targets with the organizational objectives.

 Reviewing seller Performance in terms of Deliveries, Availability, and Price &

Quality.

 Leading the entire Fuel Supply Chain Function to achieve the Delivery Rating

Targets

 Successful Implementation of cost-effective fuel within budgeted price with

better quality & sourcing.

 Data management & Daily MIS

Remark: Hands-on and leadership experience across a range of Materials functions

including: Material Procurement in cost effective price, Inventory Management,

Seasonal fuel availability, Forecasting, Supply chain Management, Vendor

Development, Fuel Quality, Monthly Audits and Transportation, Monthly MIS, Fuel

Mapping across region, with a diverse group of suppliers and sellers and service

providers
