Searching for the required ranks through Sea job & Mail.
Giving company introduction to the seafarer.
Calling for the same and get the required details from the seafarer :
(experience, last salary, vaccination update, certificates validity, vessel type, availability)
Updating same details in the CMS.
If the seafarer is available to join then informed to crew manger for further communication – salary confirmation, vessel details, etc.
If the seafarer is available and ready to join our vessel then send him mail regarding the vessel particular & salary after consultation with the Asst Crew manager.
Get the company’s application form filled from the seafarer.
Shortlisting candidates in CMS.
Filling company’s application form of seafarers.
Uploading documents in CMS as per instructions from Ast crew manager.
Helping Ast crew manager with the physical filing of documentation work or other required documentation for joining and signing off process
And other documents related work assigned.
