Job Description: Site Sourcing Executive:

�� Generate New Business Leads & Project Briefing.

�� Client Engagement & Relationship Management.

�� Daily Activity Report & Visit Plan: Share a detailed tour/visit plan every 15 days.

�� Franchisee Search & Candidate Finalization.

�� Documentation, Progress Reporting & Policy Development.

�� Sales and Relationships

�� Distributor Selection: Finalize at least one distributor.

�� Training and Support with Market Analysis

Job Duties of a Site Sourcing Executive:

�� Problem-Solving: Recommend solutions to any issues faced by clients.

�� Market Trends & Competition Analysis

�� Team Collaboration & Centre Creation

�� Franchise Development: Develop Master franchises and franchises for the WLA project.

�� Technical Support: Provide technical support as needed.

Skills and Qualifications of a Site Sourcing Executive:

�� Educational Background: Any Graduate or Post-Graduate.

�� Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a relevant field.

�� Learning Agility & Technical Proficiency

�� Sales Ability, Customer Handling & Self-Motivation

�� Competitive Growth & Communication Skills

�� Problem-Solving, Challenge Readiness & Presentation Skills

�� MS Office Proficiency
