JD Sourcing and Closing Manager-Sales
Forecast and achieve monthly Sales Target.
Prospecting, identifying and generating new business.
Make daily Sales Calls / Presentations and achieve monthly Sales Revenue / Targets.
Handle Walk-in Prospects.
Handle Sales enquires on Site.
Handle Channel Partners on Site.
Lead generation through timely follow-ups.
Participating in negotiations and bringing deals to a closure.
Responsible for Revenue and collection.
Taking Prospects for site visit and answering all relevant queries in the process
Converting Prospects into customers by show-casing appropriate property to the prospects, which matches the investment need of the Prospects.
Providing after sales services and assist in Home Loans for the customers
Responding to requests for information in a timely manner.
Using leads generated by Marketing Team as well as generate self-leads to convert them into customers, through local activities (procuring relevant databases, doing on-ground activities etc.).
Proposing and implementing Sales promotion activities for the Project.
Develop and maintain positive customer relationship and ensuring proper end to end client servicing.
Prepare action plans and schedules to identify target market gathering data on the same.
Making Plan of action and maintaining accurate Sales Reports (Daily, Weekly and Monthly).
Well versed with MS Office tools for making client level presentations and reports
Candidate Profile:
Experience: 5 to 6 Years
