JD – Sourcing and Closing Manager-Sales
 Forecast and achieve monthly Sales Target.
 Prospecting, identifying and generating new business.
 Make daily Sales Calls / Presentations and achieve monthly Sales Revenue / Targets.
 Handle Walk-in Prospects.
 Handle Sales enquires on Site.
 Handle Channel Partners on Site.
 Lead generation through timely follow-ups.
 Participating in negotiations and bringing deals to a closure.
 Responsible for Revenue and collection.
 Taking Prospects for site visit and answering all relevant queries in the process
 Converting Prospects into customers by show-casing appropriate property to the prospects, which matches the investment need of the Prospects.
 Providing after sales services and assist in Home Loans for the customers
 Responding to requests for information in a timely manner.
 Using leads generated by Marketing Team as well as generate self-leads to convert them into customers, through local activities (procuring relevant databases, doing on-ground activities etc.).
 Proposing and implementing Sales promotion activities for the Project.
 Develop and maintain positive customer relationship and ensuring proper end to end client servicing.
 Prepare action plans and schedules to identify target market gathering data on the same.
 Making Plan of action and maintaining accurate Sales Reports (Daily, Weekly and Monthly).
 Well versed with MS Office tools for making client level presentations and reports

 Experience: 5 to 6 Years
