VAM Systems is currently looking for Solution System Integrator Expert for our UAE operations with the following skillsets & terms and conditions:

Qualifications Required education, minimum work years experience

Bachelors degree in Business Administration or MBA

SAFE/PMP or PRINCE certified

8+ years of project management experience with knowledge of and experience in Telecom, ICT, B2C and B2B sectors

3+ years experience with digital transformation [business and technology transformation]

Technical and Soft skills

Think strategically and understand how the Design phase fits into the broader goals of the organization

Strong leadership skills to motivate and guide team members towards achieving project objectives

Effective communicator who can clearly and concisely convey project goals, timelines, and expectations to team members and stakeholders

Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring that the project stays on track and within budget

Strong time management skills and be able to effectively prioritize tasks and allocate resources to ensure that the project is completed on time

Develop comprehensive project plans that outline project objectives, timelines, and resource requirements. Should be able to adjust plans as necessary to accommodate changing circumstances

Identify and resolve problems that arise during the project, using creative and innovative solutions to overcome obstacles

Joining time frame: (15 - 30 days) Terms and conditions

The selected candidates shall join VAM Systems - UAE and shall be deputed to one of the Organizations in UAE
