What You Bring to the Team:
Extensive knowledge of business processes in Plant Maintenance Processes, Standard functionality – Work Order Planning & Scheduling, Notifications, Work Order Execution and Processing, Measuring Points, Functional Locations,, and Form Execution and Submission
Bachelor’s Degree with at least 6-10 years of hands-on functional solution design experience including requirement gathering, prioritization, documentation and consulting in the areas of SAP PM and EAM (SAP or 3rd party applications that integrate with SAP)
Preferred Experience: have at least 3 full cycle implementation experience or equivalent experience
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to leverage knowledge to design and develop solutions that improve productivity, increase efficiencies, mitigate risks, resolve issues, and optimize cost savings and efficiencies
Self-motivated and capable of working with minimal supervision. Ability to work independently and as part of multiple teams
Excellent problem-solving skills and team player
Leading teams and coordinating project activities is a huge plus
Able to learn new technical skills easily
Good verbal and written communication skills
Detail-oriented and diligent

Experience configuring the basic system for various modules of plant maintenance, custom solutions involving complex process design, interfaces, reporting, code evaluation to cross-process integration, collaborative and seamless solution is preferred
