Looking for individuals who have been in an architecture role for at least 3 years, with a strong background in Java, Cloud, NoSQL

Architecture

- decision-making/recommendation responsibility

- TOGAF, Archimate, ideally C4 modelling

- demonstrable experience in harvesting architecture patterns and documenting team

- strong understanding of Microservices, Event Architectures, CQRS

- Strong understanding of AWS/Azure/GCP, ideally certified to architect level

Leadership

- Java engineering background

- Team leading

- Agile/SCRUM engineering experience

- DevOps experience

Technical

- Kafka Streams, or Apache Heron

- NoSQL: MongoDB, Cassandra/ScyallDB design

- Kubernetes, Istio

- API Gateways - APIGee, Mulesoft, cloud gateways

- security architecture IAM, RBAC

- architecture design patterns

Business:

- Ideally Transaction based projects in payments, or similar

- Banking/Insurance or regulated industry

- or Product company background to those industries

- history of solution design and ideally lead to the implementation

Education

- BSC in Maths, Physics, Electrical engineering

- MSc in Computing

- Certified in Cloud technologies to architect level, ideally “Well-Architected Cloud” level

- Certified in SaFE or Agile practice
