Role and responsibilities

Role Purpose:

As a Senior Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing complex IT solutions, ensuring that they align with business needs and requirements, and evaluating the technical feasibility of proposed solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, project managers, and business stakeholders, to ensure the successful delivery of technology initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and delivery of end-to-end technology solutions that align with business needs and objectives.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, project managers, and business stakeholders, to ensure successful delivery of technology initiatives.

• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system architectures, designs, and specifications.

• Evaluate the technical feasibility of proposed solutions and provide recommendations for improvement.

• Participate in the development of technology strategies and roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives and goals.

• Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in the IT field, and provide recommendations for their adoption where appropriate.

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.

• Act as a subject matter expert for technology solutions, providing guidance and support to business stakeholders and other team members.

• Collaborate with vendors and third-party service providers to ensure successful delivery of technology solutions.

Required experience and skills

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in Solution designing, Performance tuning.

• 10+ years of knowledge and experience of Microsoft BizTalk integrations, currently working with version 2020.
