Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Solution Architect / Practice Head with 18 to 22 years of extensive experience in SAP Functional modules to lead and manage our SAP practice. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SAP solutions, a proven track record of successful project deliveries, and the ability to drive strategic initiatives within the organization.

�� 18 to 22 years of Extensive experience in SAP Functional modules ��FICO / PP/QM / SD with a strong understanding of end-to-end business processes.

�� Proven track record in leading and delivering large-scale SAP projects across various industries.

�� Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a high-performing team.

�� Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders at all levels.

�� Strategic thinker with the ability to see the big picture and drive long-term initiatives.

�� Experience in working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

�� Deep understanding of SAP architecture, integration points, and best practices.

�� Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage changing priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

�� Lead and manage the SAP practice, overseeing all functional areas including but not limited to SAP FICO, SD, MM, PP, and other relevant modules.

�� Architect and design end-to-end SAP solutions that align with business goals and objectives.

�� Provide strategic direction and leadership to the SAP team, ensuring best practices in project delivery, quality assurance
