Key Responsibilities:
Operations Management:
Monitor the performance of solar power plants using monitoring systems and tools.
Analyze data to ensure optimal energy production and identify any performance issues.
Coordinate with stakeholders for seamless operations.
Maintenance Activities:
Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on solar panels, inverters, transformers, and other system components.
Perform inspections and testing of electrical and mechanical components.
Ensure timely replacement of faulty or underperforming equipment.
Troubleshooting and Repairs:
Identify and resolve issues related to electrical systems, mechanical parts, and communication systems.
Diagnose faults in solar power systems and take appropriate actions.
Compliance and Reporting:
Maintain compliance with safety standards and local regulations.
Prepare detailed reports on system performance, maintenance activities, and incidents.
Document all operations and maintenance activities accurately.
Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE):
