A Solar Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the construction, installation, and maintenance of solar power systems. They manage teams of workers and ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to safety regulations.

Responsibilities:

�� Supervise construction and installation of solar power systems on job sites.

�� Schedule and coordinate tasks for workers, including electricians, laborers, and technicians.

�� Inspect work sites to ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations.

�� Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during construction and installation.

�� Maintain accurate records of project progress and equipment inventory.

�� Communicate with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.

�� Monitor and manage project budgets, expenses, and schedules.

�� Train and mentor workers to improve their skills and knowledge
