Job Description / Responsibilities

We are looking for Solar Design Engineers to support our current

Project team. Day to Day tasks will include:

- Complete design of Rooftop and Ground Mount Solar PV

Power plants including

Layout Design,

Based on Project size select suitable modules and

inverters

Carry out PVSyst Simulation and 3inalise String Design

Con3irmation of design from Inverter Manufacturer

Based on DC design carry out AC design including AC

Cable sizing, ACDB Design,

For Ground Mount projects in addition to above carry

out Transformer sizing, Preparing speci3ications for

Transformer, HT breaker, LT panel, ACDB, UPS DB for

procurement; Preparing Switchyard layout

Cable Sizing. Cable Routing and Cable termination

including accessories required for same.

Design the protection systems including earthing,

lightning arrestors.

Design the monitoring system along with the required

sensors and SCADA system as required by SLDC

- Support Procurement team for quotations for all equipment and accessories.

- Support Procurement team during order 3inalization

- Support Procurement team for coordinating material

- deliveries in time

Support site activities:

Resolve site queries and issues, if any.

Coordinate with site supervisor and suppliers for

commissioning activities.
