Job Brief
The Software tester is responsible for managing the internal Learning Management System(LMS) of IIDE. Our goal is to provide a robust and efficient LMS to students of IIDE and also to corporate clients.

As part of our Development Team, you have the technical responsibility for handling our learning management system, testing the overall platform, and pushing things to production.
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Responsible for maintaining our LMS
2. Testing the APIs of the platform and giving changes to the backend developer.

4. Sitting with the students and understanding their doubts.
5. Should have knowledge of Unit and Automated Testing
6. Understanding REST APIs and also automation
7. Manual and Regression Testing, bug logging, tracking and closure.
8. API Testing
9. Create comprehensive, structured, and detailed test plans and test cases.
10. Creating documentation of the APIs and also documentation on the features
11. Track quality assurance metrics by analysing and categorizing all customer-reported bugs.
12. Understanding of Networking and calling the vendors to fix the issues.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
1. Automation Tool knowledge (Selenium)
2. Load testing tool knowledge.
3. Fundamental knowledge of UX/UI
4. Good understanding of logic.
5. Basic Knowledge of SQL, MongoDB, HTML, CSS and basics of NodeJS
6. The preferred background is BSCIT, Computer engineering and Computer Science
8. Additional advantage if the candidate has worked in eLearning Projects with experience in developing Interactive
