We are looking for candidates who can join our CRM Implementation & Support team who has experience of 1 - 3 years in the same.
The Profile would be :-
- Ensuring absolute success of each DaeBuild CRM Implementation.
- Ensuring absolute satisfaction and happiness of each customer by offering the best functional and technical support.
- QA Testing on the Implementation.
- Online and Onsite Software Training.
- Hand holding the clients.
- Online and Onsite Technical support which includes resolving client queries, troubleshooting errors, and ensuring absolute
customer satisfaction.
- Upgradations of the software versions.
- Work closely with development team during Software Development Cycle.
- Responsible for Manual Testing using latest Techniques and Methodologies and ensure that all products are of very high
quality.
- Responsible for logging defects and tracking them to closure.� Ensuring absolute success of each DaeBuild CRM
