Job Summary

Software Support Executive is responsible for acting as a contact person between customers and the sts with issues and product related queries. Working as part of a team and with a passion for resolving software issues, you will be the initial support contact with our customers. Diagnostic, problem solving skills are vital.
Using effective fault finding skills to efficiently carry out support via remote desktop, phone and email, you will act as a main stream of technical team, achieving fast first time remote resolutions whilst improving overall response times, service engagement and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities and Duties
Strong phone handling skills and active listening.
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of customers.
Excellent multi-tasking skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
Excellent computer knowledge, preferable with good knowledge on Microsoft Office, knowledge on different Operating Systems, remote access tools, different types of accounting software etc.
Willing to travel if required.
