Required by a Gurgaon based leading HRMS SaaS Client .

Customizable, Cloud Based, HRMS Full HR Life - Cycle SaaS (Only ATS or Attendance & Payroll Management Modules can also be opted for), made by a Major Gurgaon based IT Company of 'The Father Of The Outsourcing Industry' (Please Google / Wikipedia).

A Software ideal for Corporate HRs / MSME / Startups & Recruitment Agencies, the features of which have been planned by The HR Teams of a Major Indian MNC IT Company and another Major Indian MNC Outsourcing Company.

Job Summary

The Client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Enterprise and / or Channel Software Sales Manager with 3- 15 years of experience to join the team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and closing new business opportunities and driving revenue growth within the clients Enterprise or Channel Software portfolio.

This role requires a strong understanding of the software industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities:

Achieve revenue targets

Ability to exceed goals and quotas, building a sustainable pipeline to drive new sales in the region.

Effectively showcase solution using online/in-person demos / meetings.

Consultative selling and strong account management capabilities

Identify pipelines, opportunities, lead the engagement, solutions, and close deals

Manage complete sales cycle - product demo, pilot, contracting and delivery of solution.

Coordinate with all internal stakeholders (marketing, operations, finance, legal, technology) to ensure timely and high-quality experience for client

Maintain all sales prospecting notes and client outreach activities into CRM.

Requirements :-

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, B. Tech or related field.

3-15 years of experience in Enterprise or Channel Software Sales preferably in a B2B environment.

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
