Pre-Sales - Performing product demonstrations based on prospect requirements and understanding.

ERP Implementation & Support

Customer Centricity: ability to provide a cherishing experience through support

Customer Loyalty: Achieving high retention & word of mouth

Ideal Profile

Skills Required:

Post-Graduate / Graduate in Engineering / Computer Science / Commerce

3+ years of Pre-Sales/ERP Implementation experience

Deep business knowledge

Critical thinking and problem-solving

Excellent decision-making and leadership capabilities

Conflict resolution experience

Top-notch verbal communication skills
