Position: ERP Software Sales Executive (Field Sales)

Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra

Job Summary

Torero Softwares Ltd is hiring an ERP Software Sales Executive to drive sales of Medica Ultimate. This field sales role involves client visits, product demonstrations, and lead conversion to meet sales targets. The ideal candidate should have at least two years of experience in ERP software sales, with strong lead generation and deal-closing abilities.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.

Conduct client meetings and demonstrate ERP solutions based on business needs.

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer requirements.

Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and sales progress.

Build strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals.

Required Skills & Experience:

Minimum 2 years of experience in ERP software sales.

Strong ability to generate leads and close deals.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to explain ERP solutions.

Ability to negotiate, handle objections, and finalize sales.

Preferred Skills

Experience in selling ERP solutions

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Familiarity with Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), other Microsoft Office tools and Google Suite

Basic knowledge of IT hardware and software installations.

Education: Graduate in Commerce, Marketing, IT, or a related field.

Travel Requirement: Local travel within Mumbai for client visits.
