Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly organized and strategic Software Project Manager to lead and oversee software development projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering software solutions while ensuring they meet business goals, timelines, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.

Oversee software development teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.

Identify and mitigate risks and challenges that may impact project success.

Coordinate with developers, designers, QA testers, and clients to ensure seamless project execution.

Use Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies to manage project workflows.

Monitor project progress, performance, and quality through regular reporting.

Ensure proper documentation of project processes and deliverables.

Communicate effectively with stakeholders and clients to align expectations.

Keep up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

Proven experience in software project management.

Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.

Proficiency in project management tools (., Jira, Trello, Asana).

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Experience in software development, coding, or testing is a plus.

PMP, CSM, or PRINCE2 certification is an advantage
