Implementation Engineer – LAB Automation Software

Overview:

The Implementation Engineer for Lab Automation Software is responsible for deploying, configuring, and supporting lab automation solutions within a customer environment. This role requires a good understanding of laboratory processes, lab automation tools, and the software systems used to drive them. The Implementation Engineer works closely with clients, technical teams, and product developers to ensure seamless implementation, integration, and optimization of lab automation systems.

Qualifications & Education:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Life Sciences, or related field. A Master's degree is a plus.

Experience:

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in software implementation, ideally in lab automation, laboratory information systems, or scientific research environments.

Experience working with laboratory automation hardware (., robotic arms, sensors, lab equipment) and integration software is highly preferred.

Skills:

Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting lab automation software systems.

Strong understanding of laboratory workflows and automation technologies.

Knowledge of programming languages (., Python, Java full stack) and scripting for automation and integration.

Familiarity with LIMS and other lab management tools.

Experience with system integration and troubleshooting in complex environments.

Excellent communication and presentation skills to interact with clients, both technical and non-technical.

Multi lingual - Fluency in English, Hindi and other foreign languages like French preferred.
