Software Head - ERP Implementation

Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Software Head to lead the implementation of an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software in our manufacturing and trading company based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in ERP implementation and a strong understanding of the manufacturing and trading industry.

Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end implementation of the ERP software system in the company.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, IT, and management, to understand requirements, design system workflows, and develop implementation strategies.

Assess existing business processes and align them with ERP best practices to ensure optimal system utilization and efficiency.

Oversee the customization and configuration of the ERP software to meet specific business needs and requirements.

Manage the integration of the ERP system with existing business applications and databases.

Develop and execute a comprehensive testing plan to ensure the quality and accuracy of the ERP implementation.

Provide training and support to end-users to facilitate a smooth transition to the new system.

Monitor and evaluate system performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement necessary enhancements.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, advancements, and best practices related to ERP systems.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in ERP implementation, preferably in the manufacturing and trading sector.

Strong knowledge of ERP systems, such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics, and their implementation methodologies.

Proficient in system configuration, customization, and integration techniques.
