Job Description:

Software Sales Executives to handle USA, UK, Australia based clients to work from Madurai (Tamil Nadu) office premises. SaaS Software Products: CRM Application, Sales Commission Application, E-Commerce Application.

Responsibilities:

• Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.

• Researching prospects and generating leads.

• Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, per email, and in person.

• Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.

• Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.

• Managing the sales process through our CRM Applications.

• Building and maintaining the Client database.

• Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Participating in sales team meetings.

Requirements:

• Must hold years – Yrs. of sales experience.

• Must have experience in handling USA, UK, Australia based Clients.

• Excellent sales skills and customer service.

• Strong verbal and written communicator.

• Excellent phone and presentation skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and sales software programs.

• Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
