● Proven records in remote team management, guiding and collaborating with

cross-regional software development teams.

tangible achievements.

● Strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.

● Experience integrating with robotics/IOT applications and Big Data Pub/Sub

architecture are big plus(es).

About you:

● A minimum of 12 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in

a managerial role leading a team of software engineers.

● A high-performing individual with exceptional communication skills and a deep

respect for team members.

● Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or an

equivalent field.

● Proven skills in conflict resolution and team development.

● You have a deep passion for the development of innovative products and the

transformative power of technology.

● You have a successful track record in building and leading effective teams across

different regions.
