Responsibilities
Takes a lead role in maintaining the instance of Relativity, for ensuring the operational health of the instance and ensuring that Relativity is used in the best possible way for supporting review.
Development of best practice models: oversee and monitor team best practices, develop and promote standard protocols for re-occurring services, etc.
Providing consulting services to case teams regarding best practices for the use of the review platform.
Contributes to documentation and deliverables, such as Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), how-to guides, and training.
Creates and maintains standard workspace and user roles.
Supports the execution of review in Relativity by:
Assisting users (attorneys, paralegals, project managers, etc.) in the support of instance of Relativity.
Creates workspaces, maintains all instance administrative needs, and assists users with troubleshooting.
Providing support eDiscovery technical tasks used throughout the entirety of eDiscovery data lifecycle as well as generalized technical analysis and troubleshooting.
Ensure accuracy of data loading, manipulation, and conversion by performing and documenting quality checks in accordance with specifications
Perform Quality Control of processed data in Relativity Review platform.
Creates productions, exports, and other deliverable in industry standard formats.
A current Relativity Certified Administrator certification is preferred (Relativity ).
Essential Qualification:
An understanding of C# and SQL to develop custom event handlers and SQL scripts.
Ability to use Relativity Desktop Client functionality via:
Graphic User Interface
Command Prompt
Creating custom coding panels and views to assist review.
Creating custom permissions groups based on user needs.
Batching documents based on review workflow.
Desired Qualifications
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or degree in Law
