MERNSTACK TEAM LEADER

Experience : 4 years+

We are looking for a talented Mernstack Team Leader to lead a team of developers and make a major impact on our business. Managing all phases of IT application development projects, including initiation, planning, execution, implementation, and post-implementation activities, leveraging best practice standards.

JD :

- Lead and mentor a team of Javascript developers

- Collaborate with Project Managers, and other Team Leaders to plan, nurture, and implement an efficient and effective development process.

- Design, code and manage large scale services using cutting edge technologies (NodeJs, ReactJS, AngularJS, etc)

- Tackle tough problems and find creative ways to solve them.

- Write high-quality code.

- Should have a professional approach toward work, create & manage project plans.

Required Skills?

- A bachelor’s degree or master degree in Computer Science or a related field

- 2+ years of experience leading team

- At least 2 years of experience in developing front-end (Well-known frameworks- Reactjs)

- Comfortable taking challenges and learning new technologies

- Excellent communication skills and client-facing experience

- Ability to mentor and build the team.

- Able to complete projects in a timely manner

- Understanding of formal project management methodologies
