Job Role & Responsibility

Reports to: Development manager

Mission / Role purpose

To work as a Developer on project / product with the approach of the well defined Agile and Continuous integration processes.

In a varied technical ecosystem, you play a role of a developer having responsibilities of development, technical requirement analysis, Continuous integration and Technical solutions.

• Analysis of requirements and ensure the technical and functional feasibility and solution proposals.

• Coding, unit testing, integration testing and documentation.

• Support the Code / project / process audits, Knowledge transfer and deployments on various platforms.

• Database and shell scripting

• Follow processes : Agile – Scrum/Kanban, DevOps – CI/CD

Key accountabilities:

1. Ensure the activities by holding the commitments in terms of quality, costs and deadlines.

2. Participate in the Release planning and identify the risks

3. Application development

4. Analysis and Problem solving

5. Active member in Scrum team

6. Ensure no blocking in the devlopement activities

7. Efficiently working on Agile processes

8. Having good expertise on Scriping

9. Analyse quality of service and suggest improvements, wherever possible

10. Documentation
