1. Very high proficiency with JQuery, JavaScript, CSS and HTML5.

2. Experience developing web user interfaces and controls using JQuery and JavaScript

3. Experience retrieving and manipulating elements within existing web pages to aggregate and display the information using custom controls and interfaces.

4. The ability to reverse engineer code from existing solutions to create custom integrations.

5. A strong understanding of front-end web design and user interfaces.

6. Experience writing web applications with Perl backend APIs

7. Experience with modular Perl Web Application design

8. Experience creating REST API interfaces using Perl

9. Experience integrating Perl Applications with databases and external services using LWP, REST, SOAP & SQLite

10. Experience writing scripts and tools to scrape and process data from third party websites

Highly Desirable:

1. Experience with setting up and configuring web servers using Linux and Apache httpd

2. Experience with the Electron Framework and

3. Experience with Microsoft SQL Server

4. Linux system administration skills
