*These are people who have software development projects in the Asset management area with experience in Service Now having work which leans towards solution architecture (if they have worked as a Solution Architect then it would be an advantage) .

They must have understanding of coding, scripting languages and automating solutions.

*They must understand Information Architecture- having set up the information flow.

*People who have Agile mindset, can manage the work independently would be the right fit.

*Individual contributor role (Please avoid Team leads)
