Job Summary: The person is responsible for developing script based solutions using REST APIs using the below mentioned language base for various requirements arising out of project needs.

Key responsibilities : Capture requirements from the solution architects, end customers as well as project teams and develop API based solutions to import/export data from a central location(either a database or a server) into Cisco ISE on a periodical basis.

Key skills : The person should have :

Programming experience with at least one modern language/framework such as C++, Java, Python, Golang, PowerShell, Ruby and Ansible/Chef/Puppet/Terraform

Have a comfortable understanding of Linux, API’s and networking protocols such as DNS, BGP, OSPF, DHCP, and ZTP.

Familiar with Network services and solutions like DDI (DNS, DHCP, IPAM), AAA and BIND solutions.

Understanding of Database Technologies(DB2/SQL/LDAP etc.)

Experience in development of solutions based on REST APIs(ERS, HTTPS, CRUD etc.)

Well Versed in HTML, HTML5

Scripting Experience in one or more front end Languages like Python, Javascript and/or bash/shell scripting

Hands On Experience of VMWare Technologies with Linux Based Platforms(RHEL etc.)
