Should have prior work experience of 2 - 3 years as a BDE / BDM
Experience in Selling Software products like ERP, CRM, HRMS, DMS, Asset Management, Procurement Management, MobileAPP Development, Software Development, Sharepoint development, Tech Consulting etc. (Minimum 2 software of this list should have been sold by the applicant)
Should have experience in presenting the product / solution to the client
Understand the Client requirement and map with the existing product of SunSmart
Communicate with Development Team for any functionality that is deviated or new requirement from client for product strengthening and upgradation
Strong Command over Local Language and English
Must have personal transportation facility for client meetings
Must have worked on Software Products / Projects with the cost of not less than INR for each sale minimum and selling above 25 Lakhs is desirable.
Should have strong social media connect with 'C' Level contacts

Client Account Management for happiness index of client with cross sell exposure
Self-Motivated Person with strong positive attitude
Ability to deliver the results proactively and independently.
Capable of handling Partners and bring in revenue
Flair to speak to clients and ensure timely collection of payment
Minimum period for a single job should be 24 months (with exception of 1 case for 4 years).
Must be capable of Generating sufficient Funnel from the first month onwards
Should be generating consistent revenue from the second month onwards
Capable of mining existing customers for more business opportunities
Self Starter with passion to achieve the targets
