Job Overview:
The Soft Skills Trainer will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs that enhance students' interpersonal, communication, and professional skills. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and a strong background in training, coaching, or facilitation.
Key Responsibilities:
Curriculum Development: Design and update training materials and programs focusing on essential soft skills such as communication, teamwork, problem-solving, time management, and emotional intelligence.
Training Delivery: Conduct engaging training sessions, workshops, and seminars for students and faculty, utilizing various teaching methods and technologies.
Assessment and Feedback: Evaluate students' progress through assessments, feedback, and observation, and provide constructive feedback to facilitate improvement.
Collaboration: Work closely with faculty and administration to integrate soft skills training into existing curricula and programs.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in soft skills training to continuously enhance program offerings.
Reporting: Maintain records of training activities and outcomes, preparing reports for management to assess program effectiveness.
Qualifications:
Bachelor��s degree in Education, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field; Master��s degree preferred.
Proven experience in training, coaching, or teaching, preferably in an educational setting.
