ITrend Life Co-Operative Housing Society Ltd Park is a premium housing society having about 286 members. The society houses 2BHK, 1BHK, Terrace flats and with amenities like children's Garden, swimming pool. The society address is Santosh nagar, akshara lane wakad area, PCMC , Pune Pin .
Responsibilities for the Role
Act as agent between Managing Committee and Members.
Society manager will be first point of escalation for all issues and complaints.
Manage Finance, Compliance and Administration related tasks with diligence.
Review and formalize Standard operating procedures for proper functioning of
housing society.
Manage Service management team such as housekeeping and security and enforce
Standard operating procedures.
Lead all Annual Maintenance contracts and their implementations.
Prepare daily and monthly work report and keep abreast Managing committee
Maintain files and registers as per Bye Laws of the housing society
Supervise repair work whenever required
Support managing committee in identifying suppliers and obtaining techno
commercial offers
Supervise and make accounting entries, vouchers.
Will lead communication with members verbal or written related to services of
housing society
Good understanding of Bye-laws of housing society, administration, facility
management will be preferred.
