Title: Society Supervisor

Brief: Responsible for society maintenance, including housekeeping, upkeep etc.

Experience: 2 to 5 years- experience working in a society of at least 20 apartments

Skills required:

Good communication skills

Man-Management skills (Supervision)

Knowledge of accounting and working on Tally

Execution of projects

People management

Job Responsibility

1. Maintain time and attendance as well as over- looking work of Security, House-keeping, electricians and plumber.

2. Maintaining and handling complaint register

3. Maintaining day-to-day accounts and accounting records on Tally

4. Raising maintenance and DG bills every quarter and following up for payments from residents by due date

5. Maintaining and updating all society office related documents and files

6. Respond promptly to any urgent requirements fro residents

Other skills:

Should be proactive and willing to put in extra hours during any emergency. Will be reporting to the management committee members

Salary: 25k per month and negotiable depending on experience. Yearly bonus as per society terms applicable.
