Job Responsibilities:

Develop lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessment strategies aligned with CBSE guidelines.

Prepare and conduct engaging and interactive classroom sessions.

Encourage critical thinking, discussion, and inquiry-based learning.

Monitor and assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.

Prepare question papers and worksheets as per school guidelines.

Ensure timely completion of syllabus and revision sessions before exams.

Coordinate with other faculty members and participate in school activities.

Integrate technology and e-content (such as Embibe software) into the teaching process.

Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment in the classroom.

Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and school events.

Key Skills Required:
