We are looking for a professional who is responsible for creating an engaging videos content tailored specifically for various social media platforms. Their job involves conceptualizing, scripting, filming, editing, and publishing videos that resonate with the target audience and align with the organization's branding and marketing goals. Here's a breakdown of their job description:

Content Strategy: Develop and execute video content strategies aligned with the organization's social media objectives and target audience demographics.

Conceptualization and Planning: Brainstorm and pitch video ideas, storyboards, and concepts that are innovative, relevant, and engaging for social media audiences.

Scripting: Write scripts or outlines for video content, ensuring they are concise, captivating, and optimized for social media consumption.

Production: Oversee the production process from start to finish, including location scouting, casting, scheduling, filming, and directing.

Editing: Edit raw footage into high-quality videos optimized for various social media platforms, incorporating graphics, music, sound effects, and other elements as needed.

Optimization: Optimize video content for each social media platform, considering factors such as aspect ratio, video length, captioning, and thumbnails to maximize engagement and reach.

Collaboration: Collaborate closely with graphic designers, content creators, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with overall marketing strategies and brand guidelines.
