Responsibilities
Manage the companys social media accounts and post content.
Brainstorm campaign ideas.
Monitor various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
Analyze analytics to gauge the success of campaigns.
Understand the overall concept of the company, including the brand, customer, product goals, and all other aspects of service.
Provide suggestions to management for improving customer experience on social platforms and internal processes.
Interact with followers and potential customers by communicating and answering questions through the company's social pages
Assist in implementing plans to increase followers on the social platforms
Design posts for social media platforms.
SEO Knowledge is a plus point.
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience in the field of Social Media Marketing.
Familiar with email marketing.
Entry-level experience determining how to cater unique marketing campaigns to a unique audience
Entry-level understanding of marketing strategy and how to use the concepts throughout various forms of outreach
