Role
• Developing social media content plans that are consistent with the client’s brand identity.
• Creating consistent, meaningful content on all social media platforms, including strategizing and editing social media posts, improving customer engagement, and promoting social media campaigns.
• Managing a high volume of daily social media posts.
• Communicating with social media followers, including responding to queries in a timely manner.
• Using analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite Pro, Facebook Insights etc to monitor and evaluate the company’s social media presence and performance.
• Preparing monthly reports on social media marketing efforts.
• Suggesting recommendations to adjust the social media marketing strategy for optimal results.
• Staying up to date on best practices and emerging trends in social media.
• Manage online reviews and reputation building.
• Performing other duties as and when needed.
• Monitor the social media activity of client’s competitors.
• Research and work over appropriate hashtags relevant and required for client’s brand to increase/develop social media presence.
Key Skills
• One or more years of social media experience including planning and managing content in a corporate, or agency setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and must have a thorough understanding of social media management and strategy.
• Should have a previous portfolio of driven results for brands you have worked upon till date.
• Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google My Business, and other social media best practices
• Pro at Instagram marketing, Facebook marketing, LinkedIn marketing and other social media platforms.
• Understanding of Social media SEO and web traffic metrics
• Good understanding of social media KPIs
