Role & Responsibilities:
Develop and execute social media strategies for clients, aligning with their overall marketing goals and performance marketing objectives.
Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
Monitor and analyse social media metrics to track success and adjust strategies as needed
Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to ensure social media efforts align with overall campaign objectives
Manage ORM
Create regular social listening reports
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices for social media management and performance marketing

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders.

Experience in planning and implementing integrated strategies on brands, driving business value for them.
Knowledge of cross-selling client services and identifying opportunities for more business/projects.
Ability to provide training support to the team and implement ways of working/processes/schedules to course-correct.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, performance marketing, and their algorithms. Execution expertise will be preferred.
Knowledge of whatsapp and email marketing.
