We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Specialist to manage our brands online presence and enhance our digital outreach. You will develop and implement content strategies, create engaging posts, and grow our social media followers across various platforms. The ideal candidate has a passion for digital communication, content creation, and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Strategy:

Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with company goals.

Create and manage a social media calendar.

Identify and engage with target audiences to grow brand presence.

Content Creation:

Generate, edit, publish, and share daily content (text, images, video) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community interaction.

Collaborate with graphic designers, photographers, and videographers to produce multimedia content.

Write copy for social media posts, blogs, newsletters, and campaigns.

Community Management:

Engage with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, and monitor customer feedback.

Moderate user-generated content according to the moderation policy.

Build and nurture relationships with online communities.

Analytics and Reporting:

Track performance metrics (., reach, engagement, followers, conversions) to measure the effectiveness of social media campaigns.

Provide actionable insights based on data to improve social media strategies.

Prepare regular reports on social media performance.

Collaboration:

Work closely with marketing, PR, and sales teams to align social media content with broader marketing campaigns.

Coordinate with influencers, partners, and sponsors for collaborations.

Platform Management:

Stay updated on social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.

Experiment with new platforms and features to stay ahead of the competition.
