Social Media Specialist:

Role Overview: Were seeking a vibrant, enthusiastic, and creative Social Media specialistwho will take charge of our online presence by creating engaging and entertaining content. This individual will act in the videos, help create scripts, and come up with fresh ideas for our social media campaigns. Youll also be responsible for reaching out to influencers and models, especially those passionate about grooming and hairstyling, to collaborate on content creation and styling trends.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and execute creative ideas and scripts for social media content, including reels, videos, and posts.

Act in the content, bringing energy and enthusiasm to the brand's messaging.

Reach out to influencers, models, and industry professionals who align with the brand's values to create collaborative content.

Scout and finalize shoot locations, ensuring they align with the videos script and aesthetic needs (locations such as salons, shoot studios, malls, and other aesthetically pleasing venues).

Manage and grow Nishman India's social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.), ensuring content resonates with the target audience.

Engage with followers, answer questions, and foster brand loyalty through social media interactions.

Requirements:

Previous experience in content creation, social media management, and influencer outreach.

Enthusiastic and charismatic personality, comfortable acting in content.

Strong creative writing and scripting skills.

Ability to come up with fresh, out-of-the-box content ideas.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with influencers and models.

Experience with social media platforms, trends, and analytics.
