RIBELLI is a new accessories brand designing and developing unique, out of the ordinary accessories for people that love doing and trying the new and the different.
We are looking for a Social media manager genius to join us as we are getting ready to unveil products that will definitely, inevitably end up on top magazines, blogs and journals.
What you're expected to do:
• Manage our presence online on Insta, Snapchat, FB.
• Interact with customer replies on our digital areas.
• Identify potential influencers we can do collabs with.
• Create posts and content to engage our customers and followers [we will of course help you with this].
• Occasional ad posting, monitoring and testing.
• Be a good representative for RIBELLI online!
What you're expected to know:
• How to use Insta and Snapchat features.
• Basic graphic design tools like Canva etc. or other tools to create posts.
• Basic tools [could be online] to make short vids or gifs.
• About Memes, pop culture references etc to make posts interactive and fun for our customers.
• Use ad manager for FB and Snapchat.
• Trends going on in the online world like in TikTok, Snap, Insta Reels etc. that's catching people's attention.
What we are looking for in you:
• Creativity. We want to engage our customers by making them want to interact with us, not just to tell and show them things.
• Proficiency in English and another Indian language. We will be posting in English but for our fellow Indians, so mixing both will be important!
• If English isn't your strength, that's definitely Ok too, if your creativity is great! We know you exist out there!
• Work ethics. We like people who are open, honest and kind, and get things done on time. Especially important if you're working Remotely.
